Custom Address Labels are very important as they can display a return address should the package get lost. Address Label Uses

Waterproof Address Labels

Parcels being exposed to the weather is something we are all afraid off. Even if the contents of the box are waterproof the labels may not be. If your parcels are likely to be exposed to the weather or if you would like to prepare for the worst, then our standard vinyl material is the best choice for you.

Return Address Labels

If you are selling products online, then it may not be clear to your customers where they should return an item if required. Return address labels are an essential for any ecommerce business. These are a very popular label for Etsy sellers.

White Address Labels

You may not want your address labels to display any additional information or a logo. White address labels are a simple and clean option for your parcels and envelopes. Simple address labels can also be supplied in smaller sizes as less text is required.

More Information

Materials

All our materials could be used as address labels. We recommend our standard paper material with a gloss varnish finish as this is the perfect balance between durability and cost effectiveness. The gloss varnish layer helps protects the inks for scratches and moisture. If you needed to write on your address labels, then we would recommend the uncoated option. Any standard pen or pencil can be used on uncoated labels. A permanent marker can be used on all finish options.

Sustainability

If you wanted more eco-friendly address labels, then our recycled paper would be the best option for you. The paper is made up of post-consumer materials meaning no new trees are cut down to create the labels. We also use extremely environmentally friendly non solvent toners meaning not only is the material kind to the environment but also the print itself.

Design Service

No Design? No problem! We offer a design service where we can create the perfect address labels for you. Our experienced designers can create a business logo for you and layout your details in the way that works best. When choosing your label specifications simply select the ‘Design Service’ option in the Designs tab. Alternatively please contact us and we can setup an order for you.

Existing standard production orders

If you find within 14 days of you placing your order what seems to be a comparable price from a competitor website, which provides instant online prices, which is more than 10% less than the price you paid with we will refund the difference.

New standard production orders

We will price match less 10%.

Minimum Order

Unlike most of our competitors we do not have a minimum order value.

However, depending on what you are ordering you will need to order a minimum quantity of labels or stickers per design and this amount will be shown when you get your price.

Volume Discounts

Our prices are extremely competitive regardless of the size of your order as we understand you don’t always need to order large quantities which helps reduce waste.

However, we offer extremely attractive volume discounts which will be shown when you get your price.

So, if you can, it is always better to order more less often to save money!

You can spread any order with the same specification over multiple designs allowing you to benefit from our generous volume discounts and making it quick and easy to place your order.

Delivery & Production


Delivery - The time it takes for you to receive your order after we have dispatched.

United Kingdom

Delivery is free on all orders.

Orders under £100.00 inc. VAT are sent on a 48-hour service by Royal Mail with proof of delivery. You can upgrade to a next day tracked service for an additional cost and you will see this option when you checkout.

Orders over £100.00 inc. VAT are sent on an anytime next day tracked service.

Express orders are sent on a next day tracked service with the option of a pre-10.30am delivery.

Free samples are sent by Royal Mail first class post.

International Orders

We deliver to most EU countries (see below) and the cost is calculated at checkout. Orders are sent Delivery Duty Paid by FedEx on a tracked service which will take between 5-7 days.

Production - The time it takes us to print your order.

Standard Production - 6 days

We aim to dispatch your order in a maximum of 6 working days.

For example, if you placed an order on Monday, it would be dispatched on the following Monday. This is the maximum time it will take to dispatch your order and usually orders are dispatched quicker. If you have a deadline then please contact one of our team as we always try to help.

Express Production - 2 days

We dispatch your order in a maximum of 2 working days.

For example, if you placed your order on Monday it would be dispatched on Wednesday.

You have two delivery options:

1. Anytime next day tracked service

2. Pre 10.30am next day tracked service

The additional cost of this service will be shown when you checkout.

Express Production is available on selected materials and print ready artwork must be provided at the time of placing the order. Click here to see our express production materials.

Specialist Materials - Free

For certain specialist materials the production time can be a slightly longer and it may take up to a maximum of 12 working days for your order to be dispatched.

You will be informed of this before you place your order.

Any delay in providing or signing off your artwork can delay your order and you can learn more about our design and artwork process by clicking on the Free Artwork & Design button.

Artwork and Proofing

At the time of placing your order you have the choice of uploading or emailing your artwork.

There is also an option for reorders where we already have previously printed.

Proofing

All new orders with artwork we have not previously printed, and some reorders will need to be approved before we print.

You will get an email with a link to our automated proofing service which is quick and easy to use to approve or request changes.

Standard Production

You need to provide your artwork and approve your proof (if required) within 24 hours of placing your order. Any delay in doing this or if your artwork is not print ready may delay your order.

Express Production

Your print ready artwork must be supplied with your order before 1pm on the day of ordering (unless it is a reorder and we have your artwork). You will then receive a digital proof by email which must be signed off before 4pm.

Artwork Requirements

If you are providing artwork, then please refer to our detailed help document which you can download here

It is especially important that your artwork is of good enough quality otherwise your labels or stickers may be compromised. If we feel your artwork needs improving, we will contact you before we print and make any changes for free, but this may delay your order.

Design Changes

As part of our service, we can update existing designs for free once an order has been placed. However, we do have a fair use policy and reserve the right to charge if the design work is extensive.
