How to get a price...

To get a price from our website all you need to know is:

  • What material you need e.g. vinyl, paper etc.
  • What finish you require e.g. matte or gloss varnish or laminate
  • What shape - custom, circle, square or rectangle
  • The maximum width and height of the label in mm
  • How many labels you require
  • If you can’t find what you are looking for or would like a custom quote for larger volumes, then you can get a custom quote or contact us directly at mission-control@stickergizmo.com or call 0800 781 2481 and one of our team will be able to help you.

How to place an order...

  • Select how many designs you want: Once you have your price select the number of designs you would like to spread across this order. There is a limit which will be shown when you get your price. If you have more designs, then all you need to do is repeat the order.
  • Quantity per design: Input the quantity you want per design - the system will automatically spread this equally, but you can adjust this manually if you want something else.
  • Your artwork: You can then upload your artwork for each design, or you can skip this and either send in your artwork by email later or use our free design service.
  • Checkout: Use the “add to cart” button and checkout using card or PayPal.
  • What next: We will then start to process your order and contact you to finalise any outstanding artwork.

Finish Options

We offer a range of finishes to protect your labels or add the look and feel you want. You can add a varnish which helps seal the ink and offer UV protection or a laminate which provides greater protection from UV and chemicals.

  • Varnish Options:Helps seal the label and offers some protection to scratching and water.
  • Laminate Options:Provides strong protection from scratching, UV & chemicals
  • PE Laminate:Extra protection from scratching, UV & Chemicals for industrial and marine environments

Adhesive Options

You can choose between permanent or removeable depending on the material you choose. For clear vinyl you also have the option for front adhesive, so you place your sticker on the inside of a window with the design looking out.

Free White Ink Options

We print in full CMYK including white ink.

On our Clear Vinyl, Holographic, Foil Effect and Kraft materials you have the option to include white ink. This is required if your design includes white text or imagery.

For clear vinyl you should also opt for this if you want your design to stand out more. We do this by printing white ink behind your design or text first, this gives your design a solid base making colors bold, otherwise colours will be translucent.

When our design team are checking your artwork they will recommend what is best for your design.

How your labels are supplied - Rolls, sheets & individual kiss cut

  • Rolls: All our materials can be supplied on rolls and this is the most popular and cost-effective option. If you are using a labeling machine, then we can set up the rolls to your specification.
  • Sheets: These are provided on A4 sheets.
  • Kiss Cut: Your custom shaped stickers are supplied individually on a square backing paper protecting the edge of the sticker and making them easier to peel. These are great for marketing as you can hand them out or put in with your product packaging etc.

Minimum order value and quantities

We have a very low minimum order requirement based on the number of labels you need to order. The minimum quantity varies depending on the specification you choose and is clearly shown when you get a price. We have no minimum spend so if you can select it, you can buy it!

Minimum Order & Volume Discounts

Using the free design service

We provide our customers with a free design service which can range from amending your artwork to optimise for printing or creating your design for you. To use this service you need to place and pay for your order first.

If you would like us to create your labels for you then we will ask you to complete our online Design Brief which can be viewed here.

Using this form our design team will create your label and then discuss any changes you wish to make which they will do as part of the service. However, if you continue to request changes you may be charged £25.00 per amendment.

Artwork requirements and specification

If you are providing artwork, then please refer to our detailed help document which you can download here

It is especially important that your artwork is of good enough quality otherwise the quality of your labels will be compromised. If we feel your artwork needs improving, we will contact you before we print.

If you request that we print anyway we will not offer a free reprint or refund if you are not happy!

Designing your own label on our website

We have a sophisticated design tool on our website which will allow you to create your own label and then buy.

  • Select your product by clicking on the options: Material, Finish, Adhesive, Shape, Size, Finish, Quantity. Only the options available for that material will be displayed.
  • If you have selected a custom shape, then you will be given the option to upload your artwork or choose one of our standard custom shapes.
  • The design tool will now load, and a quick tutorial will walk you through the options.
  • Once you have completed your label you can save and buy.

Get A Sample

We offer two types of samples, standard and custom.

Standard Sample

If you want to quickly and cheaply test different materials and see the print quality we offer before you place an order, then a standard sample is the best option. You will receive an A4 sheet detailing the material specification along with test labels of different designs and sizes showing the print options available. These will be dispatched next day by 1st class Royal Mail here

Custom Sample

A custom sample allows you to see the physical label or sticker first-hand before placing an order. All you need to do is complete the simple request form and one of our team will be in contact.

We provide one set of custom samples for free if you have already placed and paid for your order which is over £250.00 including VAT. Further custom samples will be charged at £30.00 including VAT Otherwise, you will be charge £30.00 including VAT per set of samples.

Our Print and Delivery Options

Our print and dispatch timescales start from when your design and artwork has been signed off.You can learn more about our design and artwork process here

Option 1: Standard Delivery - Free

It will take 6 working days to receive your order once your artwork has been signed off.

Delivery is free on all orders which are sent by DHL next day anytime tracked service.

Your order will be printed and dispatched within 5 working days. It will then be sent by next day tracked delivery.

Example: If you placed your order on Monday, we will dispatch your order on Friday, and you will receive it on Monday.

Option 2: Express Print - £40

Express orders are sent to arrive before 10.30am on the day of delivery.

Example: If you placed your order on Monday, we will dispatch your order on Tuesday, and you will receive it on Wednesday before 10:30am.

Ready Made Designs

We have created ready made designs for different sectors which can be purchased and then we will customise for you or you can us the design tool and customise yourself.

These offer a quick and easy way to get great looking labels if you don’t have any designs or artwork.

Returns and Refunds

We do our best to ensure all our customers enjoy a excellent experience with Sticker Gizmo and the product your receive is of the highest standard, however occasionally you may need to return an item to us.

If you do then please fill in our returns form and use our freepost label here

We are unable to accept returns for any personalised items unless there is a problem with the print quality. If you are unsure if you are able to return your item please call us on 0800 781 2481 to discuss.

Please note we can only accept returns if we have been notified of any issue within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Non-personalised items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that any items that are returned are in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Please do not fold or crease any printed materials to fit them into smaller envelopes.

If you are an international customer, please email us so we can get this sorted for you.

This does not affect your statutory right to cancel.

Colour Matching

All printers will print colours slightly differently even if you are using exactly the same artwork. If you need your labels to match previous labels or a specific colour then you will need to send us a physical sample after you have placed your order so when we come to print, we can compare and adjust as required.

You can alternatively provide the CMYK values of that colour and we will ensure your artwork matches, but there can still be a small variation when printed.

We can never guarantee to match a colour 100% but we can get very close!

Like most businesses today our customer reviews are important so we can see how well we are doing but also as it helps new customers make an informed judgement on our products and service.

We send out 2 emails, one after purchase inviting you to leave a review about the service you have received and then a final email 10 days later asking for a product review but do not offer any incentives.
